AUSTRALIA’S FIRST REGENERATIVE REAL ESTATE CHANGE AGENCY

A new era for luxury real estate and land regeneration…

Becoming a People of Place

To become a true person of place, one must embrace the intricate tapestry of the land, fostering a profound connection that transcends mere residence. This process begins with a willingness to engage deeply with the local environment, understanding its cycles, rhythms, and inherent stories. An authentic custodian perceives the landscape not just as a backdrop, but as a living entity, rich with history and significance.

Developing a sense of belonging involves listening intently to the land's whispers—its flora, fauna, and geographical features all contribute to a narrative that deserves respect and reverence. This communion necessitates a commitment to regenerative practices, ensuring that one’s presence enhances rather than diminishes the natural world. A person of place actively participates in the stewardship of resources, recognising the delicate balance that sustains life.

Education plays a crucial role; immersing oneself in the traditional knowledge of Indigenous peoples fosters understanding of the symbiotic relationship these communities maintain with the land. This wisdom, passed down through generations, holds valuable insights into living harmoniously within one's environment. A true caretaker acknowledges the past while also paving the way forward, advocating for the protection of ecological sanctuaries and championing biodiversity.

The greatest legacy one can leave is not a solitary achievement but a collaborative effort with nature—a harmonious relationship cultivated over time. This co-creation manifests in various forms, from contributing to community gardens that nourish both body and spirit to participating in conservation initiatives that restore habitats. Such actions honour the land and encourage future generations to continue the stewardship.

In essence, becoming a person of place is an ongoing journey of discovery, respect, and responsibility. It demands a lifelong dedication to understanding the self within the context of the earth, leading to a legacy that reflects a deep, unwavering commitment to caretaking, ensuring that the essential bonds between humanity and nature remain vibrant, thriving, and enduring.

We are here to guide you.

We are People of Place Regenerative Change Agency

Three decades of living regeneratively — designing projects, homes, and gardens; raising children off-grid; restoring landscapes by hand; and listening deeply to the intelligence of water, land, climate, and Indigenous knowledge systems — have shaped Billa’s entire way of remembering what it means to belong.

Her work is not just architectural, nor is it merely ecological.

It is a lived synthesis of guidance for living well on Earth:

  • place-based design + permaculture

  • Regenerative agriculture +syntropics

  • vernacular intelligence

  • ancestral memory

  • epigenetic resonance

  • whole-systems thinking

  • regenerative cultural practice + eco-social design.

As a Biotect, Billa reads the land the way others read blueprints - sensing flow, story, pattern, and potential.

Her role is to help families, custodians, and leaders in land development projects create estates that are alive: places that express beauty, belonging, stewardship, and legacy.

She will save you time, money, years of trial + error and steep learning curves by applying her knowledge to your project BEFORE you purchase. And that is the magic that creates REGENERATIVE REAL ESTATE.

RAIN FORAN

Class 1 License, Stock + Station Agent

Rain strongly resonates with this beautiful part of the world he calls home.

Having grown up in the Bellingen Shire,  Rain has forged a lifelong connection to the local wilderness with his keen need for adventure and love for the environment.

Rain is a people person and loves to meet new people and prides himself on helping others. Rain is a big believer in karma and doing right by others and the environment, which allows him to sleep with a clear conscience.

He often says "there is no need to sell properties in this area, they sell themselves" it's just working out which people belong with the right property.

Rain likes to get behind and support his community. As well as holding his real estate license for 18 years specialising in high-value lifestyle properties in our region, Rain also founded the Bellingen Brewing Co and North Beach Farm - a regenerative farming case study.  He lives and breathes his personal ethos into all of his projects which has made him a wealth of knowledge for his clients.

Rain's local knowledge and understanding of real estate and desire to see buyers transition into their new lifestyle make him a great person to deal with throughout the potentially stressful process of buying and selling.
